I came from an experience in another salon in Vercelli where I had been going for years, but without any particular satisfaction. I discovered Il Ciuffo almost by chance, but reading the reviews convinced me to try a change. Never was the decision more apt! I was really impressed by the experience and professionalism of Tania and her team, all of them very good at giving advice and proposing truly ad hoc treatments. Besides having renewed my look with one that suits me much better, my hair has improved so much!!! I couldn't be more satisfied! The salon is beautiful and meticulous down to the smallest detail, very scrupulous even in compliance with covid standards, and offers many treatments that are all worth trying. And the atmosphere? I visited Tania and her girls for the first time today, after a web search. What can I say?! From the very first moment I was amazed: the driveway to the facility is a real eden, cared for in every detail; at the entrance the girls welcomed me with kindness, professionalism and thoughtfulness. After trying the super positive experience of the massage chair at the headrest, I met Tania, the owner: kind, friendly, ironic and SUPER professional. Tania and her salon are a certainty, I have been going to her for years now and I wouldn't change for anything in the world! She doesn't just look after you as a client, she pampers you and you feel at home with her. She is a magician with scissors and can literally read your mind when you try to make her understand what you want! The girls who work alongside her are fantastic, always helpful and kind as well as very well prepared. The value for money is great as are the discounts on the fidelity card. I only put 5 stars because I can't do more! I recommend it to anyone!

She is always kind, helpful, professional, very knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest trends, a volcano of ideas and attention to her clients, surrounded by a fantastic staff!!! Well-prepared staff, very nice salon with attention to every detail, from the reception desk to the very comfortable wash chairs. Tania, the owner, attentive and courteous, is an unparalleled professional; she gave me excellent advice on colour and cut best suited to my face and hair type. It was a wonderful experience, also because of the serene atmosphere inside, due to the incredible kindness and courtesy of all the staff. If you want to feel at the centre of attention and pampered, this is the right place! The landlady is always patient, helpful and smiling. The girls are kind and considerate. The layout is pleasant with contemporary Baroque colours like a kingdom for a queen. In addition to the salon for a new look, there are also beauty services in the relaxation area with massages, treatments and excellent beauty care by competent and trained staff. An historic and well-known shop where you feel at home. Well worth a visit!
