The centre should be called 'The Cuddle Centre' because from the moment you walk in you have all the attention on you, the staff is kind, very helpful as well as very professional. Tania is a magician with scissors. I had a great time, I've already told everyone about this wonderful centre and I will definitely go back there again because I was pleasantly satisfied.

I had my degradé done by them.. You feel pampered, looked after and you can trust them 100 per cent..flawless lavpro.. I've never had hair like this ❤️lo I highly recommend it! Also their products you can buy are top!

First time in the salon, a more than positive experience! I allowed myself a pampering, entrusting myself for the first time to the beautiful Tania and her team, who made me feel at ease right from the start... All friendly, kind and welcoming, you feel right at home because the owner Tania, with her friendliness and her sweetness, exudes a beautiful energy throughout the salon. Crazy post perm result, fragrant, soft and shiny hair. Unexpected the gift for new customers, a box containing a voucher that I will certainly return to use with pleasure! Truly unique experience. They helped me make my wedding day special by fulfilling my every request. By now I consider the salon as my second home: you are pampered at all times. Tania is a true professional who creates, with a lot of fun, beautiful and elaborate hairstyles that are more and more beautiful each time. I came from an experience in another salon in Vercelli where I had been going for years, but without any particular satisfaction. I discovered Il Ciuffo almost by chance, but reading the reviews convinced me to try a change. Never was the decision more apt! I was really impressed by the experience and professionalism of Tania and her team, all of them very good at giving advice and proposing truly ad hoc treatments. Besides having renewed my look with one that suits me much better, my hair has improved so much!!! I couldn't be more satisfied! The salon is beautiful and meticulous down to the smallest detail, very scrupulous even in compliance with covid standards, and offers many treatments that are all worth trying. And the atmosphere? Fantastic, I felt at home straight away! Thank you very much for everything and see you soon!

Yesterday, on the recommendation of a friend, I went to this salon for the first time. I had always heard positive opinions and now I can only confirm them. I visited Tania and her girls for the first time today, after a web search. What can I say?! From the very first moment I was amazed: the driveway to the facility is a real eden, cared for in every detail; at the entrance the girls welcomed me with kindness, professionalism and thoughtfulness. After trying the super positive experience of the massage chair at the headrest, I met Tania, the owner: kind, friendly, ironic and SUPER professional. At the checkout a super surprise: a welcome box! Great availability and professionalism. Tania and her salon are a certainty, I have been going to her for years now and I wouldn't change for anything in the world! She doesn't just look after you as a client, she pampers you and you feel at home with her. She is a magician with scissors and can literally read your mind when you try to make her understand what you want! The girls who work alongside her are fantastic, always helpful and kind as well as very well prepared. The value for money is great as are the discounts on the fidelity card. I only put 5 stars because I can't do more! I recommend it to anyone!

Top professional centre. Entrusting the whole staff and manager Tania with your hair is a superlative experience. I can say the same about the beauty and body part. I have been a client for about 30 years, maybe more, and I don't trust anyone else but Tania. She is always kind, helpful, professional, very knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest trends, a volcano of ideas and attention to her clients, surrounded by a fantastic staff!!! In short, the top. 31-08-21 I returned to the salon and this time after a spectacular hairdo I decided to buy the straightener that had really impressed me! Tania offered to teach me how to use it and so it was, after her working hours she stayed with me and so patiently instructed me!!! I learned and now I can use it at home to feel more beautiful!!! I visited this salon for the first time yesterday. I confirm everything positive I had read in the reviews. Well-prepared staff, very nice salon with attention to every detail, from the reception desk to the very comfortable wash chairs. Tania, the owner, attentive and courteous, is an unparalleled professional; she gave me excellent advice on colour and cut best suited to my face and hair type. It was a wonderful experience, also because of the serene atmosphere inside, due to the incredible kindness and courtesy of all the staff. Everything was beautiful and well organised. The girls are all very professional and kind and the owner is a wonderful person who is prepared and kind. I spent a morning relaxing and pampering myself: I went in with a photo and they recreated the same effect on my hair, even advising me on what suited me best. Super recommended!

Today a dream has come true I've always loved having long hair and thanks to the quiff this dream has become reality I've put on the extencions and they are spectacular you can't even notice they look like my own hair they have incredible professionalism and for anything they know how to advise you and satisfy you in the best way if you don't believe it just try it as soon as you choose them you never go back for me they are like a drug their place is so welcoming that it seems like a corner of paradise as soon as you enter you feel out of this world and they pamper you to the point that you can't wait to go back ❤️

Wonderful place themed with the halloween party magnificent outdoor garden very attentive staff helpful and knowledgeable super nice manager a really nice place I highly recommend it oh found an atmosphere inside as if I were at home cosy beautiful place you did a beautiful job I had obscene hair thank you very much indeed again you are unique and the prices are not as high as in other places thank you very much ????

If you want to feel at the centre of attention and pampered, this is the right place! The landlady is always patient, helpful and smiling. The girls are kind and considerate. The layout is pleasant with contemporary Baroque colours like a kingdom for a queen. In addition to the salon for a new look, there are also beauty services in the relaxation area with massages, treatments and excellent beauty care by competent and trained staff. An historic and well-known shop where you feel at home. Well worth a visit!

A scary blonde starting from a dark base, she and all the staff are always kind, helpful, always caring about your head and your well-being.
